Kenapa kene makan VITAMIN? KENAPAAA???? Bukan vitamin tu buat kite jadi GEMOK ke?




Ok.... macam yang telah dijanji kan... hari ini hari RABU dan aleeya akan share dengan korang semua kebaikan VITAMIN A C dan E!  Kebanyakan orang termasuk kawan-kawan aleeya dan aleeya juga (masa kecik-kecik lah) selalu ingat yang bila kite makan vitamins tu akan jadikan kite senang GEMOK! Sebab apa? sebab kite nak kurus kan badan nak maintain.. tapi parents , atok , nenek semua asik kata.. "Aleeya... makan vitamins tu...  bagus utk kamu.." Tapi aleeya ni pulak degil! sebab nak kurus punye pasal... kite tak tahu pon yang vitamin tu punye laa BAIKKK!!!! baik sangat.... kalau aleeya tahu vitamins itu sangat bagus, dari  dulu masa kecik-kecik dah makan.... yelah kata VITAMINS tu sebagai makanan tambahan kan? itu yang ingat jadi gemok tu! isk... isk... iskk... sekarang sudah menyesal... menyesal tak sudah!


Kenapa vitamins itu baik? ia baik untuk kesihatan dalam, kulit, dan juga sebagai pencukup nutirition sehari kita. 
bukan semua orang makan, makanan yang seimbang hari-hari kan? ada ke setiap hari kite makan orange? ade ke setiap hari kite makan epal hijau? ada ke setiap hari kite makan cranberries, kiwi fruit, etc? tak ade kan? well sikit-sikit ada lah kot.. tapi masih tak mencukupi apa yang disyorkan...


sekarang aleeya nak bagi penerangan kenapa aleeya nak suruh korang semua makan vitamin ok? sebab dulu my husband punye muka banyak sangat jerawat and bila tengok sangat kesian... dia pon tak suka makan vitamin nih... tetapi bila dah kawen... nah kau amik segala vitamins ni tetiap pagi! hahaha.. setiap hari kami makan 

*5000IU  -Vitamin A
*1000mg  - Vitamin C
*500IU    - Vitamin E

dan jerawat-jerawat dimuka husband aleeya hilang dalam masa 3 bulan! seriously ini test kat husband sendiri nih! hehehe tetapi kerana dia tak percaya dengan fungsi vitamins itu semua... dia cuba stop untuk sebulan... dan TADAAAAA!!! Jerawat itu timbul kembali!

semuaorg mesti nak tanya... kalau kite berhenti makan vitamins ni semua nanti jerawat naik balik ke? and my ANSWER IS YES! dia akan datang balik..  biasalah.. macam kita manusia nih... kalau kite tak dapat makanan secukupnya mesti laa kita akan KURUS KEDING kan? tapi bila cukup makan.. badan pon MEMBESAR dengan jayanya! hahaa.. bila tak makan banyak.. badan kurus mungkin sebab nak diet... bila tak cukup air, badan kita akan dehydrated... bila cukup air... badan kita akan sihat dan kulit pun mulus aja....
bila ada matahari yang memancar-mancar... kulit kita akan hitam legam! bila tak da matahari... kulit kite putih macam org putih! hehehee... macam itu jugalah dengan ubat-ubatan ini semua..

so ingat yer.. jangan kata bila tak makan ubat tu... sure jerawat naik balik.. jawapan dia aleeya dah sediakan sudah.... ohh lagi satu contoh... kalau kite makan ubat family planning, tak de laa dapat baby... kalau tak makan insyaAllah dapat baby! hahaha dalam konteks lain... kalau kite makan ubat vitamins tu semua... kite tak de laa dapat jerawat dan sebagainya... tapi bila tak makan? kite dapat la balik kan?

VITAMIN A...

Kulit sihat dengan VITAMIN A!

kita semua tahu kan kalau makan banyak tomato, carrot, or susu or brocoli akan buat kulit cantik? or may be some of you yang tak tahu tentang itu... dan memang benar, vitamin A membantu dalam mencantikkan kulit, bukan shaja ia membantu penglihatan kita untuk menjadi lebih jelas apabila kita keluar dari tempat gelap ke tempat teranga tau sebaliknya, ia juga membantu kita dalam menjaga kesihatan kulit! vitamin A dikenal pasti boleh membantu menyingkirkan semua harmful elements didalam kulit kita, melambatkan penuan(bagus untuk mereka yang sudah mencecah umur 25 keatas), dan ia membantu untuk kulit menjadi lebih muda!

So... daripada selalu membazir untuk membeli cream muka anti-penuan dan sunscreen... lebih baiklah kite consume vitamin A dan ia membantu dari dalam..

Vitamin C!

Aleeya suka sangat vitamin C nih! my Favourite vitamin! hehehe why? sebab dia bole membantu mempercepatkan luka untuk sembuh, menyihatkan dan menguatkan gusi, mencantikkan kulit (penyebab utama!) dan antioxidants, membantu menambah colagen dalam kulit supaya kulit kita tak cepat berkedut dan tua!

ok nak tahu kenapa diaorg advise suruh makan 1000mg 3 kali sehari? mari kite tengok kat sini!

tetapi, bagi saya 1000mg sehari sudah mencukupi... ada banyak lagi recomended daily allowence of vitamin C ni.. tapi semua bagi dosage yang berlainan seperti....




dan percaya atau tidak.. vitamin C dapat membantu suami-suami kita yang hisap rokok itu dalam blood circulation


"A dose of vitamin C may give a quick boost to the poorer-than-average blood circulation seen in healthy young smokers, a Japanese study suggests.



The study of 25 healthy men found that although smokers initially showed poorer results on a test of blood flow to the heart, that changed after they took a large dose — 2 grams — of vitamin C.



Shortly after taking the vitamin, the 13 smokers showed blood circulation on par with that of the 12 non-smokers, according to findings published in the American Heart Journal.

However, lest smokers think they can undo heart damage by chasing a cigarette with a vitamin C pill, the researchers say their findings underline the dangers of smoking.

Study co-author Issei Komuro told that the “clear” message from the results is that smokers need to quit.

Jika mengambil lebih daripada dos yang disyorkan.. akan membuatkan kite keluar masuk bilik air atau JAMBAN! hahhaa ialah sakit perut katakan... lepas tu


TETAPI KALAU TAK CUKUP VITAMIN C DALAM BADAN AKAN MENYEBABKAN:

  • Bleeding gums
  • Rough, dry, scaly skin
  • Decreased wound-healing rate

anonymous: currently akak makan vitamin dari brand blackmores.. tapi u can tk any vitamin from any other brand jugak.. as long as vitamin tu tak dijual di pasar malam or booth2 yg x dikenali :D kalau vitamin dalam pharmacy or amway ke apa2 laa.. its ok to take :)

i'm sorry to interrupt, i came across your post so i thought i'll just drop my opinion here. i'm just like you, i'm obsessed with supplements. it makes me feel good to take supplements. but my mother told me to not take too much. she is a doctor, a specialist to be precise. it is not recommended to take those individual kind of vitamin, e.g vit A, or C alone UNLESS prescribed by a doctor. coz on the long run, these vitamins DAMAGES our kidney :) and also, excessive intake of vitamin A is poisonous to our body. :)

Maria.. if u read it carefully... i did put up some info on the RECOMMENDED DAILY ALLOWANCE (RDA) from a different websites for each of the vitamins recommended above...

and i also STATED about the harmfulness of taking more than you should for each vitamins
sooo i dont see a reason why you said that :)

i did some research before i do this post :) and not to mention that in every pictures attached in this post have a link to where i got it from :)

national academy, the foundation of vitamin C and wikipedia is there tooo :)

my bro was also a Doctor (who passed away recently) and... before i put it this post, i did ask for his advise too :)

i also did mentioned above that in day to day basis, not everyone took the right amount of recommended daily allowance. this may be due to a hectic work and study lifestyle... some of us dont like vegetables... and thats why you need and extra supplements to help in your digestion etc :)

i advise you to read it carefully...

i also did a research for the consequences of taking too much :)

i know once we took it too much, it will harm our kidney as the extra vitamins we took will be thrown away when we pee :)

and vitamin A is poisonous if taking too much..

i stated above that it is for my husband (who have acne) there are 2 table which shows 3000iu per day (max) for whom who did not have any acne problem... and 10000iu for those who have acne problem :)

sooo i dont see any excessive intake there dear :)

wow chill, why so defensive? yes, i did read your post carefully my dead. plus, when did i say that your recommendation was excessive? i wouldn't know if they're excessive or not because i'm no pro in this field. if you read carefully, i just said excessive vitamin A is poisonous to our body because it'll become toxic. that is just in general. i was just saying for others to take precautions. and i did not say that your recommendation was excessive what-so-ever, i was just sharing an opinion, that's all :)

perhaps you should take a chill pill supplement miss?

Im not trying to be defensive here. dont get me wrong.

i quoted whatever the answer needed to reply to ur statement.

well let me quote ur statement pulak

and my post here is all about the single vitamins u were reffering 2 :)

and if u think whatever i quoted from my post to reply to your statement is defensive... im sorry... maybe u need this kinda answer?

Everything may it be food/drink/supplements etc.. when taken excessively may damage/poisons our body. NO?

furthermore, Thanks but no thanks for the chill supplement :)

oh... not to forget... if all the single vitamins cannot be taken without prescriptions from the doctor, HOW COME ITS EVERYWHERE? This is what we called doing a research :) do a research.. and u'll get ur answer right :)
