Hari ini dalam sejarah!

iyer... hari ini dlm sejarah apa ek? saje je bagi korang exited sikit utk baca apa yg dlm sejarah Aleeya arini kan? well actually caring is sharing kan? ehh terbalik.. sharing is caring.... hari ini aleeya nak kongsi ngan korang semua   pasal sakit belakang! aiyoyooo.... belakang ku sangat sakit sekali.. sebab apa dia sakit? sebab membuat kerja2 sebagai suri rumah... aduyaii.. sakit duh.. baru semalam pegi spa. arini dah sakit balik... apa lagi? esok kene pegi spa lagi kot? mcm laaa my husband itu nak bg isteri dia ni menghabiskan duit dekat spa je kan? tak pe laaa.. lepas ni kite tidur saja....

Ohh... ada lagi satu nak kongsi kat korang semua...

hari tu, pada suatu hari... hari hari yang lepas laa kirenye ni  hehehe... kakak ipar kite ada bagi satu set estee lauder... siap dengan eyeshadow pallete, 3 lipstick  yg bermacam-macam color, 3 eye liner atau pon org panggil celak, mascara (satu hitam, satu putih) dan blusher (3 color dalam satu pallete tu)

dan nak dijadikan cerita lah kan... estee lauder dah memanglah kite tau branded item and mahal sekali yuhhh! so bila dpt tu mcm excited sangat2! bestnye dapat estess lauder punye set!

TETAPI.... JENG JENG JENGGG...

NAK TAU APA YANG TETAPI ITU?

TETAPI.... apakan daya eyeshadow pallete dia tak best langsung (bukan la tak berterima kasih bila orang dah bagi cuma untuk pengatahuan kamu semua aja). sebab apa ia tak best? sebab... color dia boring sangat... berbanding dengan eyeshadow pallete kite tu.. alaa yang banyak2 kaler tu... yang made in china tu... brand pon tak femes!

kite pon try laa pakai eyeshadow daripada estee lauder tu... walaupon dah pakai Almay eyeshadow base and concealer, still kaler dia tak pekat! bosan! kalau tak pakai eyeshadow base tu? sudah tentulah color dia lagi tak nampak.. lagi laa boring... Soo.. dah setengah jalan ni bermekup pakai esteee lauder, tapi oleh kerana tak puas hati dengan hasil color dia.. kite pon berbalik laa kepada eyeshadow  pallete kite yang from china tu..

TETAPIII... i cakap u! kaler dia MARBELESSS OK! sangat lawa!

letak sikit je dekat brush dah melekat.. pastu tepek2 kat mata pon sekejap je dah nampak kaler! whereas eyeshadow pallete dari estee lauder tu susah nak melekat atau sangat sikit saje bila melekat pada brush dan itu membuatkan kite kene tepek banyak2 kali dekat mata dan eyeshadow tu. bosan!

hurmm...  ada lagi TETAPI dia tu...

TETAPI... mascara estee lauder tu memang DA BOMBASTIK laa! memang orang kata tak de yang tak puas hati!

dan bila di compare kan mascara estee lauder dengan mascara daripada MAC. jeles estee lagi bagus!

kite ada beberapa MAC punye mascara...(nanti kite letak gamba dia) tetapi bila pakai tu tak puas hati sangat la... berbanding dengan estee lauder punye... sebab apa? sebab mascara daripada MAC ni mcm ccair sikit(well tak de laa cair sangat macam maybelinne or loreal tu.. kire MAC lagi bagus laa dari diaorg.... TETAPI.. MAC punye mascara tetap tak bole challenge estee lauder punye! kalah2...

ermm.... blusher pulak.. blusher dia ok laa.. not that bad ( sebab i tak berapa suka powder blush, so i tak dapat nak compare kan dia sangat) , cuma i sakit hati dengan brush dia tu. kecik sangat! x best! i pon terus guna dekat brush yang besar sikit pastu campur je tiga2 kaler daripada 3 color blusher tu semua.. ok jugak color dia bila mix!

eyeliner atau celak.... estee lauder punye sangat bagus! pekat! best! patut beli ok! (ini untuk orang yg suke pakai pencil liner laa.. kalau pikir2 suka kepada liquid liner, eloklah beli lancome punye.. (oh bab eye liner ni semua nanti kite bincang kat topik lain ok?)

haa apa lagi nak cerita? nanti lah i upload gambar2 makeover customer tu semua yer... sekarang ni in the middle of doing the housewife work, tetapi sebab kemaruk sangat nak update ini blog(sebab dah lama tak update) tergendala semua kerja rumah ini... errr TUNGGUUUUU yer!

haa.. korang tengok laa sendiri color eyeshadow estee lauder tu.. betul x kaler dia boring? nampak natural laa kalau pakai kaler daripada estee tu.. tapi yang tak best nye.. kene letak banyak2.. kene make sure color tu melekat dekat brush dia betul baru bole tepek kat mata... x best sungguh..

We used various of other cosmetics product through out our entire life.... we heard of CHANNEL, DIOR, MAC, REVLON, MAYBELINE etc... but do we actually know whats the story behind it? their history? who owned it?,... why are they in the market? Vitamins that are good for your health - SELENIUM

Of course all vitamins are good for health right? But Vit A, Vit B, Vit C all caters for different things!... i am here to help you guys.

oh yer.. kawan saya buat permintaan untuk menulis blog kali ini dalam  bahasa melayu... so mari kite mulakan perbincangan hari ini dengan VITAMIN!

sekarang saya akan mulakan dengan SELENIUM. 

Apa itu Selenium?

Selenium bole didapati didalam makanan laut, daging, oats, beras perang dan kacang brazil.

Apakah fungsi selenium pada rambut kite?

seperti yang diatas, selenium bole terdapat didalam daging, makanan laut dan sebagainya, kesemua itu ialah makan yang tinggi dengan khasiat protein. rambut juga memerlukan protein kerana rambut kite kesemuanya protein!

Jumlah pengambilan harian yg disyorkan?

Jumlah yang disyorkan oleh para saintis ialah 70mcg untuk lelaki, dan 55mcg untuk wanita. Walaubaigaimanapun jumlah had maksima untuk pengambilan selenium ialah tidak melebihi 600mcg sehari.

Jika pengambilan selenium melebihi had bole menyebabkan muntah, rambut gugur, nafas berbau, tekanan perasaan, masalah kuku dan sebagainya.

ok lah mcm nih...

rambut kite ni kaya denan protein je semua.. hidup rambut mesti nak protein.. so kalau nak rambut cantik amalkan laah diet yg kaya dengan protein such as diet ikan. daging (jgn terlebih nnt uric acid tinggi bole sebabkan darah tinggi)

selain daripada membatu mencantik dan melebatkan rambut, selenium juga baik untuk protect kite daripada cancer, jantung, free radical damage and etc!

SELENIUM IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH BUT DONT TAKE TOO MUCH! ALWAYS FOLLOW THE STATED DOSAGE! 

ambil dalam dos yg disyorkan sahaja yer..

meminum air suam, mineral, spring water banyak2 ataupon 8 gelas sehari dapat juga membantu pertumbuhan rambut..

nak rambut cantik lagi? kite guna PETUA pula yer? tapi PETUA ini sure ramai yg dah tau kan?

DAUN BUNGA RAYA: ramas2 daun bunga raya didlm air suam2 kuku (jangan terlalu panas) air sejuk pon tak apa. biar rasa fresh je kepala masa treatment daun bunga raya tu. bila dah diramas2 dan air sudah sedikit berlendir, bole laaa apply dikepala dan balut dgn towel or showercap utk sejam dua atau lama pon bagus.

SANTAN KELAPA: iyer santan kelapa tu... banyak lemakk tu.. bagus untuk rambut... bole membantu menghitamkan dan melebatkan rambut dan juga pada masa yang sama menguatkan rambut anda... iyer baunye kureng enak laa kan kalau letak kat rambut lama2... tapi nak cantik kan? sabar sikit yer?

ALOEVERA: haaa ramas2 kan aloevera tu  kat kulit kepala dan biarkan sejam dua sama je application dia mcm treatment daun bunga raya tu...

PANTANG LARANG UNTUK RAMBUT: jangan basuh rambut dengan air panas kerana ini bole menyebabkan folicle rambut terbuka dan senang untuk rambut gugur.

Helloo alll... its SATURDAY today... we dont really have any plans and im FREE LIKE A BIRD! lol...
well i am going to update(soon) you guys on a few information about ALMAY and my PLANNED PROMOTION for the month of JANUARY, FEBRUARY, and MARCH!... i will also do a competition for whoever's interested in this blog, my product and me(opppsss im just kidding ;P)!

Ika's make over!

Here are some photos of my client... She is sooo pretty and have that what we call a natural beauty! .. so i dont really want to do much and hide that beauty... so... some touch up n only enhances her beauty.. not too much make up thou.. as you can see from her eyeshadow.. its earthy color.. suits her :)

Anyways.. she had a really bad haircut which the hairdresser cut her fringe too short and her hair wasnt really symmetrical. make it harder for me to create a style. nevertheless... i managed :)

Eye Shadows, brushes and ....

Some say its not really the products that produce the results...  its person using it. I say its actually a bit of both! 


Some products are expensive... naturally, we'd think the quality is good. However, this is not the case! I've tried so many things from MAC to Elianto and what i've found out is that there are GOOD products and there are BAD products regardless of the price! 


Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing a little bit about brushes, blushers, lipsticks, mascara and more from my make up bag to help you guys find the best 'bang for buck' products and how to use em for that BEAUTIFUL LOOK everyone wants to see!
